Normal Computing Corp. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the operational backbone of hiring.

You will schedule interviews, keep Ashby clean and reliable, and ensure smooth movement of offers, reports, and candidate communications across multiple offices and time zones. This hands‑on role offers growth into recruiting operations, with ownership of systems, processes, and high‐volume coordination in a global setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations in a high‑volume environment.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems; experience in Ashby or similar tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail across many candidates and time zones.
• Proactive communication and problem solving as a default behavior.
• Ability to manage global scheduling including APAC/US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule interviews across candidates, interviewers, and time zones.
• Maintain Ashby as the system of record, update pipelines, and generate reports.
• Coordinate visa verification handoffs with recruiters and counsel when needed.
• Publish, refresh, and close job postings; keep careers page in sync with hiring needs.
• Document processes, build guides, and look for automation to improve reliability.
• Support the Head of Talent on special projects, events, and leadership prep.
