Job summary

Discovered.ai is hiring a U.S.-based Client Success & Account Manager. This fully remote role focuses on leveraging recruiting experience to improve client outcomes via our hiring platform. You will own senior client relationships, drive adoption, and reduce reliance on Sales and Product for client work.

You will collaborate with offshore CS, Sales, and Product teams to deliver measurable improvements in retention and platform outcomes for key accounts.

Qualifications

• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting or similar experience.
• Experience advising hiring managers or business leaders, not only sourcing.
• Ability to manage several clients, hiring managers, searches, or projects simultaneously.
• Comfort learning software, reviewing data, and explaining technology to nontechnical users.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships for large, complex, high-risk accounts and reduce churn.
• Run quarterly account reviews focusing on usage, hiring results, process gaps, and product adoption.
• Manage renewals, identify risk early, and prepare save plans for at-risk accounts.
• Take over long-term onboarding after the initial sale and assist with escalations.
• Represent client needs internally to help improve product and Client Success processes.
