Job summary

Integrated Hire (integratedhire.com) seeks an Account Manager - Client Services to onboard, support, and retain US-based clients in a fully remote role. You’ll own client issues, coordinate with recruitment and leadership, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in client-facing roles in the US, excellent English, and strong organizational skills. US business hours are required; remote candidates nationwide or abroad are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, account management, operations, recruitment coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with US-based clients or companies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple clients, tasks, and conversations
• Comfortable leading client calls and handling difficult or sensitive conversations professionally
• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability when dealing with unhappy clients, employee issues, or situations without an obvious answer
• High attention to detail with documentation, scheduling, and process management
• Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership without needing constant reminders

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client issues and drive them through resolution
• Manage situations involving employee performance, attendance, communication problems, client dissatisfaction, replacements, and other service issues
• Communicate directly with clients to understand concerns, set expectations, and determine next steps
• Coordinate with recruitment, leadership, and other team members to resolve problems quickly
• Handle sensitive or difficult conversations professionally while maintaining strong client relationships
• Lead or join onboarding calls after a new client signs and manage a smooth handover from sales to delivery
• Confirm and document client requirements, expectations, and timelines for the internal team
• Set the tone for a professional, organized client experience from day one
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients through recruitment, placement, and beyond
• Run regular check-ins and updates on search progress, interviews, and next steps
• Answer client questions with clear guidance on process, documentation, and timelines
• Stay proactive after hires are made by flagging concerns, risks, and expansion opportunities
• Keep clients seeing Integrated Hire as a reliable long-term partner
• Coordinate interview scheduling between clients, candidates, and recruiters
• Monitor client interviews to ensure attendance
• Jump in on scheduling, access, or technical issues in real time
• Collect post-interview feedback and share it clearly with the team
