• Proven track record building technical teams in a high growth company.
• Ability to develop relationships with hiring partners and act as trusted advisor.
• Strong communication with candidates and ability to manage individual processes efficiently.
• Low ego and willingness to roll up your sleeves to achieve shared goals.
• Willingness to mentor teammates and lead by example.
• Understand data and metrics to influence recruiting strategies.
