Biehl & Co. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist in Houston to lead full-cycle recruiting across our maritime organizations. You will attract top talent, build strong pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to fill high-volume roles while creating a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing offers, ensuring pre-employment screenings, and maintaining accurate ATS data to drive hiring decisions and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably high-volume.
• Hands-on ATS and recruitment tech experience.
• Proven use of LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive outreach to build pipelines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and maintain candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume maritime roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen, interview, and hire 15-20+ candidates per month.
• Serve as primary candidate contact to maintain engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain ATS data and monitor recruiting metrics.
• Ensure pre-employment screenings and onboarding requirements.
