Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Hybrid Talent Acquisition Manager to support our client and be based in the Houston, TX area. The Talent Acquisition Manager will deliver best-in-class recruitment services through a customized RPO solution, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic partnership.

This role leads a team, ensuring quality and scalable sourcing for a fast-paced client environment. Based in Houston, you will collaborate with client leadership, align recruitment strategies with business

Qualifications

5-10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
Experience recruiting tech roles (networking, software engineering, etc).
Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW as it relates to our business.
Understands revenue and pricing models and P&L’s.
Computer skills specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and facility with numbers.
Familiarity with Human Resource laws and functions.
Business development/sales background or orientation.
Strong proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams of recruiters.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to juggle responsibilities in a high-volume environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with client and in large group settings.
Strong customer and results orientation.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Ability to adapt as organization evolves.
Energetic, confident, mature and interpersonally sensitive.

Responsibilities

Create and execute project work plans using the Project Toolkit and revise as needed to meet changing requirements.
Identify resources and assign responsibilities; define team metrics.
Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies and develop best client approach.
Apply Korn Ferry's staffing methodology and enforce project standards; review team deliverables.
Prepare and participate in client reviews; communicate project status to stakeholders.
Facilitate regular status meetings with team and client; update on changes.
Ensure project documents are complete and updated; deliver client and management reporting.
Review and track team hours and expenses as needed.
Participate in project scoping and implement SOW/SLA requirements; identify add-on sales opportunities.
Manage day-to-day client interaction and set expectations.
Communicate needs and evaluate alternate recruiting solutions for the client.
Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and knowledge of client business.
Identify improvement opportunities and propose changes.
Inspire team to attain goals and pursue excellence.
Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.
Manage a small requisition load as needed for client needs.
