Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This individual will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, sourcing and maintaining pipelines of diverse technical talent while ensuring accurate documentation in the ATS.

The role requires partnering with hiring managers, pre-screening candidates, and guiding offers and feedback throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process; sources, develops and maintains a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and documents job duties and requirements.
• Prescreens candidates, prepares applicants for interviewing, and extends offers under direction of hiring managers.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and generates recruitment analytics for hiring managers.
• Performs other duties as required.
