Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead the full lifecycle recruiting, build pipelines of diverse technical talent, and maintain accurate ATS records to comply with processes.

You will partner with hiring managers, prescreen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers within policy. Travel may be required per project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process. Sources, develops and maintains a pipeline and network of diverse key technical talent.
• Proactively partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Communicates with candidates and hiring managers, screens resumes, and prepares applicants for interviewing.
• Ensures timely offers and maintains ATS records and reporting for leadership.
