Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team in the North America Unit. The role leads full lifecycle recruiting for high priority open positions, builds pipelines, and partners with hiring managers to align staffing with business goals.

You will manage candidate communications, document processes in the ATS, ensure compliance, and mentor junior recruiters as needed. Domestic travel may be required; this position supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related recruiting experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and builds a diverse talent pipeline.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and plan workforce strategies.
• Prescreens candidates, coordinates interviews, and extends offers under policy.
• Maintains ATS records and prepares reports on candidate activity.
• Performs other duties as required.
