CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our North America Services Recruiting Team. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for high-priority roles and future hiring needs, building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community.

You will lead teams in staffing initiatives, maintain ATS records, and collaborate on workforce planning while ensuring timely offers and a compliant process across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of related recruiting experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and staffing processes.
• Ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting across multiple markets for high-priority roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build pipelines.
• Pre-screen, interview, and coordinate offers with timely feedback.
• Maintain compliant documentation and ATS records.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support staff as needed.
