Highwire is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across agency and corporate functions, focusing on proactive sourcing and long-term talent pipelines. You will partner with leaders to translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies, while serving as a trusted talent advisor.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in passive sourcing, market research, and relationship-building, thriving in a fast-paced agency setting where priorities shift quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in PR/communications/marketing or agency environments.
• Deep sourcing expertise with passive candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder partnering skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into recruiting strategies and role requirements.
• Experience guiding interview strategy, negotiations, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across agency and corporate functions, from kickoff to offer.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for PR, communications, marketing, digital, and creative roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs, engaging passive candidates.
• Advise hiring leaders on market trends, compensation bands, and candidate expectations.
• Maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers through regular updates and feedback.
