ClearHire is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – New Business to join our growing remote team in a full-time capacity. This true 360 role lets you own the lifecycle from winning new business and developing client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

You will actively build your market through business development, talent mapping, and headhunting while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous agency recruitment or sales experience.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates.
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently.

Responsibilities
