Following strong growth, we're seeking ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our high-performing Boston team. From day one, you'll work with experienced consultants, build strong candidate relationships, create talent pipelines and help deliver outstanding recruitment solutions for our clients.

Acceler8 Talent is a specialist technology recruitment business connecting some of the world's most innovative companies with exceptional talent across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Hardware Acceleration, Silicon Photonics and Quantum Computing.

Following continued growth, we're looking for ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our high-performing Boston team.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and established clients, helping to identify and engage some of the best technology professionals in the market. You'll build strong candidate relationships, create talent pipelines and play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients.

From day one, you'll receive structured training from our award-winning Learning & Development team, alongside ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced recruitment leaders. You'll quickly develop skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, market mapping and talent management, with clear opportunities to progress your career.

We're open to graduates as well as people with experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail or hospitality. We're looking for individuals who are driven, confident, resilient and excited by the opportunity to build a successful career in recruitment.
