You will build pipelines, keep candidates engaged, and drive end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through close. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and a high-quality candidate experience across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, or creative roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and calibrate candidates.
• Close candidates in competitive markets with multiple stakeholders.
• Operate independently in a lean startup or high-growth env.
• Build high-quality pipelines with strong sourcing capabilities.
• Use data/market insights to inform hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic business and technical roles for VRChat.
• Influence org design, headcount planning, and market-informed hiring strategies.
• Drive day-to-day recruiting operations and maintain candidate momentum.
