VRChat is looking for a Senior People Generalist to enhance our operational excellence and support our globally distributed teams. In this role, you will partner with managers and team members, own core People processes, and drive insights from data to improve employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role.
• Comfort owning a People Ops stack.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in HR work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on people questions and coaching needs.
• Own core people processes: onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Build and maintain people dashboards and trackers.
