Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for recruiting roles across multiple divisions, including coordinating with business leads and a functional manager for career growth. You will source, assess, and close Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators who form the backbone of Anduril’s hiring engine.

You will operate in a matrixed model, advising on role design, market data, and compensation as you build world-class talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, sourcing specialists, or other TA roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, senior-level searches and calibrate candidates against a competency framework.
• Mentor junior recruiters on recruiting craft, interview technique, and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and build trust with hiring managers.
• A data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and present market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for TA talent.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end with in-depth screens and calibrated debriefs.
• Assess candidates against our competency framework, focusing on sourcing, stakeholder management, and data.
