Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to deliver service excellence across the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for clients, providing proactive status updates and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

You will mentor Recruiters and other team members while driving high-quality talent acquisition. Lead intake sessions, collaborate on sourcing strategies, evaluate profiles, and build strong talent pipelines.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS (Workday) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing with various tools.

Job Description

As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.

• Work Location: Norwood, MA
• Work Setup: Remote
• Language(s): English fluent essential
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday standard days (Central or Eastern)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS: Workday) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Skillset: Pharmaceutical R&D experience required, Self starters and naturally curious, Consulting skills and ability to drive process, Knowledge of OFCCP (US), Experience sourcing with various tools
