Job summary

Cielo is hiring a recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our clients across the United States. The role requires sales recruitment experience and familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.

You will partner with hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategies and keep candidates engaged throughout the process. This LTE role is remote within the USA, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no bonuses or additional benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Specific Requirements: Sales recruitment experience is required. Experience recruiting within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries is strongly preferred.

Contract Basis: This role is being offered on an LTE basis and is not eligible for bonuses or benefits.
