Job summary

Cielo is seeking a remote Recruiter to deliver service excellence across the recruitment cycle. You will be a brand ambassador for the client, offering proactive communication and consultative direction to hiring leaders.

In this role, you will lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and keep applicants informed throughout the process. A 3-month LTE opportunity is available, with English as the working language.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Recruiting experience with corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and build strong candidate slates and pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
