Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Recruiter to act as a brand ambassador during the recruitment cycle in a role focusing on service excellence. You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, collaborate on sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines while using market data to support offers.

As a talent acquisition subject matter expert, you will guide hiring leaders with industry insights and configure recruiting processes across corporate, RPO or agency settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required beyond high school (as stated).
• Experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings preferred (as implied).
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools referenced.

Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience in Recruiting HR Functions and Operations roles in a Healthcare and Hospital setting. Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools. Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
