Job summary

Cielo in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to ensure service excellence across the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for clients and deliver timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.

The role emphasizes consultative guidance to hiring leaders and building robust talent pipelines in a corporate or agency setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings with demonstrated success.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and market data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong candidate slates and pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
