Job summary

Cielo is actively seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter on a Limited Term Employee basis. The role is remote in the USA, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and involves end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing or medical device environments when possible.

You will lead intake meetings, craft sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and keep applicants informed through every stage while partnering with hiring leaders on offers. LTE terms exclude bonuses or benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Recruiting experience with corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and recruitment metrics.

As a Cielo Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout therecruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering
exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of thesearch. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultativedirection and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Work Location: Remote - USA - Candidate should be based in the USA-

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Specific Requirements: Experience recruiting within Manufacturing or Medical Device environments would be a plus.

Contract Basis: This role is being offered on an LTE basis and is not eligible for bonuses or benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agencysetting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
