Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Interview Assessor) to join our aviation-focused recruitment team. You will conduct high-volume interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders on interview panels.

This hybrid role requires a 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET schedule, onsite 2–3 days weekly, and a strong emphasis on DEI and compliant HR practices. We offer growth, a global leader environment, ERGs, and a volunteer day.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in candidate interviewing, assessment, and selection in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment-related hiring standards, and DEI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and evaluation skills.
• Experience conducting panel interviews, career fairs, or agency recruitment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-volume environment.
• Ability to make objective hiring recommendations while ensuring inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume candidate interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
• Assess candidates fairly while delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with pilots, hiring managers, and stakeholders on interview panels for aviation recruitment.
• Apply HR best practices, legal standards, and DEI throughout recruitment.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes via assessment expertise and feedback.
