Key Accountabilities
What you'll do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of positions, from requisition creation and intake discussions through candidate selection, offer management, and handoff to onboarding teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, set recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the process.
- Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate hiring decisions while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
- Utilize ATS and other recruitment systems to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, track hiring activity, and ensure compliance with established recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a seamless transition from candidate selection through employment setup and onboarding.
- Manage recruitment across a variety of functions, including administrative, customer service, reservations, airport operations, and other entry-level to professional roles, adapting to different hiring processes and stakeholder requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring progress, and pipeline activity, providing reporting and updates to stakeholders while driving timely hiring outcomes.
- Deliver a white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach throughout the recruitment journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and support the achievement of hiring goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Skills & Requirements
Must Have
- Demonstrated ability in full-cycle recruitment within a high-volume hiring environment.
- Strength in stakeholder management, candidate screening, and relationship building with hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Avature, and recruitment reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and requisitions.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment processes from intake through offer stage, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Good to Have
- Experience recruiting for administrative, customer service, operations, or other high-volume workforce roles.
- Familiarity with working across multiple hiring processes and business functions.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including HR, onboarding, and recruitment operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify process improvements.
- Experience providing a white-glove, customer-focused recruitment service.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and hiring demands.

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $72,500- $103,400 plus applicable benefits.
