Job summary

AMS is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to support our aviation client in Dallas. This contract role will be onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, delivering end-to-end recruitment services with a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong partnering with Sourcing and Administration, meticulous pipeline management, and the ability to navigate complex offers while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment for clients.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Comfort with client-facing stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery in line with SLAs and client requirements.
• Lead vacancy consultations with the Sourcer and hiring managers, including role requirements, sourcing strategy, pay ranges and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first interview to start date and guide hiring decisions on offers.
• Negotiate offers and support complex negotiations to close candidates.
• Proactively manage demand planning and provide insights to improve recruitment delivery.
