PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a Sr. Recruiter, Operations to lead recruiting strategy and execution for hourly and direct-hire roles across four locations in the US.

This hybrid role offers in-office presence in Gurnee, IL and Somers, WI with travel to other sites. You will own end-to-end recruiting, build proactive pipelines, collaborate with Operations leadership and HR, and optimize staffing processes to support rapid growth.

Competenze

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in Operations, manufacturing, distribution or similar.
• Proven ability to develop recruiting strategies and pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Experience managing staffing agencies and external vendors.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills with multiple channels.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted relationships.
