Alexander Mann Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support client hiring managers by managing vacancy fulfillment with target start dates and quality thresholds.

This onsite role is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, with attendance required three days per week for a 12-month project-based contract. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, lead sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment from attraction to offer.
• Ability to make independent hiring decisions against defined criteria.
• Experience planning onsite recruitment events with consistent evaluation processes.
• RPO or agency experience is beneficial for flexible, rapid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client hiring managers to fill vacancies against target start dates while meeting quality thresholds and SLAs.
• Provide recruitment services aligned with service levels, safeguarding candidate quality and hiring-manager experience.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to support recruitment operations.
• Support stakeholder groups with additional interview rounds, data insights, and complex offers as needed.
• Follow a high-touch recruitment workflow, investing extra time at each stage.
• Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an effective candidate journey.
• Lead discussions on sourcing strategy and market insights to influence outcomes from the start.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with complete information and clear recommendations.
