Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit candidates using established recruitment strategies and best practices
• Partner with hiring managers by providing guidance on the recruitment process and supporting candidate selection and next steps
• Review applications, source candidates, conduct phone screens, and recommend applicants for interviews
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and verify qualifications, credentials, references, and background information
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
• Review recruitment metrics to monitor hiring performance and support compliance and hiring goals
• May participate in job fairs, hiring events, and networking events
