Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1+ year experience in candidate sourcing or manufacturing recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand Bowling Green Metalforming Quality and Environmental policies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align staffing requirements with talent acquisition.
• Understand job descriptions and role requirements.
• Develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Build a network to source qualified candidates.
• Engage with colleges and diverse organizations for candidate pipelines.
• Research candidates on LinkedIn and job boards.
• Engage candidates via emails, messages, and social media.
• Post industry trends and company news to attract applicants.
• Attend job fairs and networking events for candidate sourcing.
• Review resumes for role fit and conduct prescreening.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Extend offers and maintain documentation of recruitment activities.
• Maintain sourcing tools and candidate databases.
• Track and present recruitment data to leadership and auditors.
• Collaborate with staffing to implement plans and continuous improvement.
