Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support client hiring managers, delivering high-quality recruitment services aligned with SLAs and KPIs. The role requires onsite presence in Bowling Green, KY, three days per week, and a 12-month project-based contract with a salary range of USD 78,600–103,400 annually.

You will lead sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and partner with teams to ensure candidate quality and a positive hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, manufacturing/industrial roles.
• End-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser and partner with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies using market insights to influence outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations.
• Share candidate feedback and adjust recruitment strategies.
• Maintain regular candidate communication and build talent pools.
• Present candidates accurately to clients and support diverse, bias-free selection.
