Accurity Industrial Contractors is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. This onsite role in Owensboro, KY focuses on identifying and attracting top skilled-trades talent and supporting staffing across projects.

You will source candidates, screen and schedule interviews, draft postings, collaborate with superintendents and project managers, ensure compliance with laws, and build pipelines from trade schools and workforce partners. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least two years of recruiting skilled trades experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common business software.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screening and coordinating interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions to attract the right talent.
• Collaborating with superintendents and project managers to meet staffing needs.
• Ensuring recruitment practices comply with laws and regulations.
• Developing a robust call list of craft workers with prior engagement.
• Coordinating attendance at hiring events and building relations with trade schools and agencies.
