AMS in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support client hiring managers and fill vacancies on a four‑day onsite schedule. This 12‑month project targets start dates and requires delivering high-quality recruitment with strict SLAs.

Location: Kentucky, onsite at the client’s office four days weekly. Salary range USD 78,600–103,400 annually, plus benefits. Apply your experience in high-volume hiring and stakeholder management to drive outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including offers.
• Ability to make independent and confident hiring decisions based on criteria.
• Experience coordinating onsite recruitment and assessment events.
• Strong sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for high volumes.
• Excellent stakeholder management with hiring managers and site leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Trusted Adviser to Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations.
• Develop sourcing strategies using channels like LinkedIn and social media.
• Engage candidates professionally across multiple channels and build talent pools.
• Track progress and data in relevant systems to meet targets.
• Present candidates convincingly and support bias-free selection.
