Align Communications seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across mission-critical and data center roles. You will partner with hiring managers, craft job descriptions, and build pipelines while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

The role is based in Plano, TX with a hybrid schedule and occasional travel to support events and initiatives. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, infrastructure, or professional services talent.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, construction, engineering, and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
• Conduct recruiter screens, manage candidate communication, and negotiate offers.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill data center roles.
• Engage passive candidates across data center, engineering, and tech sectors.
• Provide market intel on talent availability and compensation trends.
