Job summary

IES Electrical is seeking a Recruiter to fill craft and leadership roles within our expanding organization. This hybrid/remote position supports management and HR, manages multiple priorities, and requires US work authorization.

Expect quarterly travel and active recruitment across electrical mission-critical data centers. You will use an ATS (Icims preferred) and MS Office to manage pipelines, post jobs, and communicate with candidates, with a focus on compliance and building strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience filling electrical mission critical data center roles.
• 2 years ATS experience; Icims a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online job boards; knowledge of employment laws.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Background and MVR checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of the recruiting process for craft and leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
• Develop open requisitions and pipelines; collaborate with HR/management.
• Post jobs externally via ATS and online resources; maintain candidate status updates.
• Assist internal postings and employee referral programs; build community relationships.
