Qualifications

• Required: demonstrated experience recruiting talent for mission critical/data center construction projects.
• Ability to lead complex searches from strategy through close.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, including engaging passive or highly sought-after candidates.
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing hiring strategy.
