Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Recruiter for Data Centers to partner with client teams, build talent pipelines, and lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades, engineering, and leadership roles. The role emphasizes high-volume hiring, strong relationship management, and collaboration with HR and hiring managers.

The position offers a hybrid work model with 3+ days in the local JLL office, and requires eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with Workday.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization.
• Familiarity with engineering and maintenance talent populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, advising, negotiating, offering, and marketing JLL's attributes.
• Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering roles on assigned accounts.
• Maintain a high requisition load while managing the complete recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners such as veteran associations, technical schools, local organizations, and other key recruiting contacts.
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications, refine recruitment activities, and modify job descriptions as needed.
