Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Phoenix, AZ to manage high-volume recruiting across retail, distribution and operations. You will source, screen, and advance candidates, and support onboarding from offer to day one.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting, is detail-oriented, and comfortable using JazzHR, with a strong customer-service mindset and collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset and compliance.
• Excellent communication with candidates and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes daily to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, experience, and interest.
• Manage candidate progression through JazzHR and maintain accurate records throughout the recruiting process.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate feedback, and next steps.
• Extend offers, verify offer letters, and initiate onboarding activities, including background checks and fingerprinting (as applicable).
