Job summary

MFUSED in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for hourly through director level. You will define role expectations, coach structured interviews, and lead a welcoming orientation.

Youll also help build the recruiting playbook, represent MFUSED at career fairs, and drive engagement while measuring and improving recruiting metrics to hire fairly and legally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Ability to coach structured interviews and present market data.
• Comfortable discussing cannabis and related products.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer for hourly to director level.
• Advise leaders, define role expectations, and coach structured interviews.
• Represent MFUSED at career fairs and write engaging postings.
• Lead new-hire orientation and help build training content.
• Track and improve recruiting metrics and ensure fair, compliant hiring.
