Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for Field Engineering in the EMEA region. You will build talent pipelines with both active and passive candidates, work with leadership to design roles, and use data to forecast hiring needs.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and strive for a positive interview experience while advancing diversity and inclusion. You will report to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition and play a key role in scaling a fast‑growing

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Go To Market professionals, especially Pre-sales and Post-sales engineers across multiple EMEA markets.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and use data to guide hiring decisions.
• Experience scaling high-growth software/data/AI companies.
• Mentor and share recruiting knowledge across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hire for Field Engineering roles across EMEA.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines with active and passive candidates.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions with Field Engineering teams and hiring managers.
• Provide market data to create closing strategies and manage expectations.
• Use data to forecast future workforce needs and improve hiring processes.
• Enhance interview experiences and contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts.
