Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Recruiter to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Field Engineering and GTM roles. This sourcing-led role involves market mapping, outbound campaigns, and building relationships with passive candidates well before openings arise.

You will own full-cycle hiring for entry to mid-level roles and partner with senior recruiters on complex searches, reporting to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting in-house or agency, preferably within software, SaaS, or the Data and AI space.
• Demonstrable outbound sourcing ability — you can explain how you find and engage hard-to-reach candidates.
• Comfort recruiting technical, customer-facing profiles and learning technical domains quickly.
• Strong written communication and genuine interest in candidate experience.
• Comfort using data to prioritise time and influence decisions.
• Highly organized, able to run several searches across multiple EMEA markets and time zones.
• Curious, collaborative and keen to grow; receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for entry to mid-level Field Engineering roles across EMEA.
• Run creative, high-quality outbound sourcing and build a healthy pipeline of passive candidates.
• Build market maps and talent pools by market, skill and competitor.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters on intake, calibration and feedback.
• Provide a great candidate experience with fast, honest communication throughout the process.
• Maintain clean ATS data and generate actionable funnel/sourcing reports.
• Test new sourcing tools and share learnings with the team.
