Mérieux NutriSciences - North America is hiring a Senior Recruiter at our Chicago, IL location. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and high-volume roles, partnering with hiring managers to build diverse pipelines and ensure timely, compliant hiring.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will guide high-impact searches across the US and Canada, advise managers, and drive TA improvements. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading complex searches across multiple business verticals in USA and Canada.
• Executive search expertise and advising hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of job markets, reporting, and market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, specialized, and high-volume roles.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring managers.
• Coach and train hiring managers on interviewing and offers.
• Serve as SME on ATS, recruiting best practices and metrics.
• Ensure compliant, timely recruiting processes and reporting.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Drive process improvements and TA strategy across regions.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

7+ years of progressive recruiting experience

Executive search and strategic sourcing

Leading complex/high-impact searches across USA/Canada

Advising hiring managers and stakeholders

Delivery of diverse candidate pipelines

Reporting, market trends, TA guidance

ATS platforms, MS Office, Google Workspace

Employer branding and talent market mapping
