Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting, develops a sourcing strategy for high priority open positions, and builds relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

You will partner with teams across markets to promote the firm’s brand, maintain ATS records, and ensure timely offers and interview feedback. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting and builds pipelines for diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and plan workforce.
• Pre-screens candidates, guides offers, and communicates feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintains ATS records and generates recruitment reports.
• Ensures timely offers and interview scheduling.
• Mentors junior recruiters as needed.
