CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, builds pipelines, and partners with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and promote the firm’s brand across markets.

The ideal candidate will source diverse top talent, maintain documentation for compliance, and guide candidates through interviewing and offers while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and builds pipelines of diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Prescreens, screens, and presents candidates; extends offers within policy.
• Maintains ATS records and provides recruitment metrics to hiring managers.
• Ensures timely feedback and movement of applicants through interviews.
• Performs other duties as required.
