Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and ATS desired.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and builds a diverse talent pipeline.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and plan workforce strategy.
• Pre-screens candidates, coordinates interviews and extends offers consistent with policy.
• Maintains compliant documentation and reporting on recruiting activities.
