Job summary

MAI Capital Management is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for multiple business lines. You will source, screen, and negotiate offers while partnering with hiring managers to achieve staffing goals.

The role includes HR data analysis, reporting, and involvement in HR projects during acquisitions and programs like MAI’s Summer Intern Program, with a focus on building diverse pipelines and improving recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with an HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, and candidate engagement tools and approaches.
• Hands-on sourcing experience with sites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Certificate in SHRM Talent Acquisition (SHRM-TA) is a plus.
• Experience in an RIA/Investment Management Firm or other Financial Services organization a plus

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop strategies to achieve staffing goals.
• Manages full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This includes advertising job postings, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, screening candidates, and negotiating job offers.
• Leverages recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to business leaders and HR partners.
• Uses best-in-class recruiting techniques to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings and to minimize third party recruiting costs.
• Promotes thefirm’s culture through branded content to attract top talent.
• Actively participates in HR, projects, reporting/analytics, and championing HR initiatives.
• Creates and maintains an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the firm's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
• Collects, tracks, analyzes, and reports on hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate experience, and onboarding experience.
• Trains and advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
