Job summary

General Intuition is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition lead to build the talent function alongside the Head of Talent and own the full recruiting cycle end-to-end, from sourcing strategy through close. You will design and run processes and programs for interview workflows, campaigns, and talent pools, partnering with research and engineering leaders in NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting for technical, AI, and/or research teams.
• Experience hiring frontier AI researchers, engineers, and staff across frontier problems (LLMs to robotics).
• Strong ability to evaluate qualifications across software engineering, data engineering, and ML.
• Passion for AI's potential and active engagement with research communities.
• Interest in building systems for recruiting automation, sourcing analytics, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Existing network in the NYC technical and research community.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle end-to-end from sourcing strategy through close.
• Partner with research and engineering leaders to identify, engage, and hire frontier AI talent.
• Develop and implement recruiting processes, programs, and employer branding for technical and research audiences.
• Leverage AI tools for data-driven sourcing, automated outreach, scheduling, and feedback collection.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools and ensure a stellar candidate experience.
