Job summary

General Intuition, the frontier lab backed by Medal, is hiring in NYC for a recruiter who will lead the full cycle of technical hiring—from sourcing to close—across frontier AI researchers and engineers. You will partner with research and engineering leaders, design recruiting processes, and craft campaigns to build long-term talent pools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting supporting technical, AI, and/or research teams.
• Experience hiring frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers.
• Strong technical aptitude to evaluate software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning qualifications.
• Passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and stay up to date with research communities.
• Interest in building systems for recruiting automation, sourcing analytics, or AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and run recruiting processes and programs including interview processes and campaigns.
• Identify, engage, and recruit frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers.
• Leverage AI agents to speed up sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify needs and iterate on interview processes.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience and advocate for the employer brand.
• Enhance General Intuition and Medal brands within NYC technical and research communities.
• Attend and organize in-person talent events to source top talent and build relationships.
• Develop creative, high-alpha recruiting ideas and new talent channels.
