Job summary

Medal.tv is building a world-class talent function and seeks a senior recruiter to own the full cycle from sourcing to close. You will shape processes, interview frameworks, and long-term talent pools, partnering with research and engineering leaders to attract frontier AI researchers and engineers.

You will leverage AI-assisted sourcing, automation, and analytics to streamline workflows, while actively developing Medal.tv's employer brand within the NYC tech and research communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruiting for AI, research, and software roles.
• Experience hiring frontier AI researchers and engineers working on frontier problems.
• Strong technical aptitude to evaluate software, data, and ML qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to close.
• Design and implement processes, interviews, and talent programs.
• Partner with research and engineering leaders to identify and hire frontier talent.
