As a Senior Recruiter, you will own your desk end-to-end—driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality legal talent solutions through to placement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of agency recruitment with 360 desk ownership.
• Experience recruiting in-house legal or closely related legal market.
• Strong BD, client relationships, and a sales mindset.
• Excellent sourcing, engagement, and closing capabilities.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple live searches.

Responsibilities

• Own a full 360 recruitment desk in the legal market.
• Develop relationships with Top 200 law firms and hiring managers across industries.
• Drive new business through outbound BD, networking, referrals, and targeted market mapping.
• Lead detailed job intakes and advise on hiring strategy, compensation, and market trends.
• Source, engage, and interview in-house legal professionals, including counsel and leadership roles.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments covering technical legal expertise, commercial acumen, and cultural fit.
• Manage processes end-to-end including interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and close.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure best-practice recruitment processes.
• Share market intelligence and hiring insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

The Role

This is a full-cycle (360) recruitment role focused exclusively on law-firm hiring, partnering with a range of organizations from mid-sized businesses to global corporates.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own your desk end-to-end—driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality legal talent solutions through to placement.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the in-house legal market, who enjoys consultative selling and operating a desk as a true business.

What You’ll Do

• Own and operate a full 360 recruitment desk within the legal market
• Develop and manage relationships with Top 200 law firms and hiring managers across industries
• Drive new business through outbound BD, networking, referrals, and targeted market mapping
• Lead detailed job intakes and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, compensation, and market trends
• Source, engage, and interview in-house legal professionals, including counsel, senior counsel, and leadership roles
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments covering technical legal expertise, commercial acumen, and cultural fit
• Manage processes end-to-end including interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and close
• Deliver a consistently high-quality experience to both candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure best-practice recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of agency recruitment experience, with demonstrated360 desk ownership
• Proven experience recruiting within in-house legal (required) or a closely related legal market
• Strong understanding of corporate legal functions, structures, and hiring needs
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Strong candidate sourcing, engagement, and closing capabilities
• Confident, consultative communicator with a commercial, revenue-driven mindset
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple live searches
• Motivated by performance targets, growth, and long-term desk development
