• Highly organized and able to manage multiple live searches.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a 180 recruitment desk in Financial Services or Professional Services markets.
• Source, engage, and interview in-house legal professionals, including counsel and leadership roles.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments covering technical legal expertise, commercial acumen, and cultural fit.
• Manage processes end-to-end including interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and close.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure best-practice recruitment processes.
• Share market intelligence and hiring insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

The Role

This is a 180 recruitment role focused exclusively on the Financial Services market, partnering with a range of organizations from mid-sized businesses to global corporates.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own your desk end-to-end—driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality legal talent solutions through to placement.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the in-house legal market, who enjoys consultative selling and operating a desk as a true business.

What You’ll Do

• Own and operate a180 recruitment desk within the Financial Services or Professional Services markets
